I have managed to meditate for 21 days stints through the Oprah and Deepak guided meditations. A few times a year, these are offered for free. They are simple, and short, and offer lots of support for developing a daily practice. There is another one starting and you can learn about it HERE.
I am happy to say that I have been able to practice meditation daily since I spent a couple of nights alone under the stars in back in April. I use one of those 21 day guides. It is called "Finding Your Flow" with a focus on the chakras.
I feel a deep connection to God, others, and with myself when I meditate. I believe that this is where Peace begins.
